In this role, you’ll:

• Support the DG and sales lead in understanding our target segment to adjust our value proposition and increase our pipeline and win rate (what is hot in the scaleups segment? How our clients are responding to our value proposition, what investors are asking to our target segment, …)
• Work on a database strategy to gain in market and customer intelligence (deep dive market potential analysis, target account list building, …)
• Support in coordinating local events with high attendance of startups (ex: 4YFN in Barcelona)
• Investigate on our top accounts to increase chance of getting attention on their side (who are the stakeholders, how do they communicate, taxonomy …)

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Entrepreneurship minded, loves taking initiatives and proposing ideas to bring innovation
• Student with interest into business, market analysis, active student status required
• Student of Master or MBA degree
• Ability to work under pressure, stakeholder management, project management, high degree of empathy and communication skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Located in Barcelona with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
