Key job responsibilities
- Support and enable the sales leadership in forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce hygiene management, including development of new mechanisms for Sales Ops self-service, automation and simplification,- Develop metrics, dashboards, and tools to improve sales productivity

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years sales operations experience in a high growth multinational IT, Cloud or SaaS company
- Experience with sales CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data visualization (e.g. Quicksight, Tableau)
- Experience in refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
- Excellent oral and writing English skills, including the ability to communicate with global and local stakeholders with high proficiency to drive the decision making
