Effectively troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical support for complex cases, always advocating for the customer’s success
Build deep business relationships by continually WOW-ing our customers through exceptional support and service
Provide training and education on our products and new features through demos, webinars, and both virtual and on-site trainings
Invite, facilitate, and document customer product ideas and feedback to the AppsFlyer Product
Host Executive Business Reviews with key stakeholders to share wins, industry best practices, and demonstrate the impact on customer outcomes, becoming a trusted growth partner in the process
What you have:
3+ years of client-facing experience in customer success or product management roles within the AdTech, mobile analytics, or SaaS martech industries—preferably at an online advertising company, digital agency, or similar environment
Strong capability of managing multiple accounts across diverse industries and company sizes, with proven expertise and a strong understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and key players especially in the gaming sector
Comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets and dealing with reporting discrepancies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
A fast learner who is naturally curious and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the gaming industry, coupled with a proven track record of managing and growing customer relationships
