Primary Functions:

  • Receive and resolve phone and written (transactional, billing or check) inquiries
  • Responsible for account maintenance
  • Liaise with various operations hubs to ensure customers' inquiries are resolved to the satisfactory level
  • Proper escalation on client issues / client complaints

Qualifications:

  • 2 years working experience, preferable, but not mandatory, in client servicing in the financial industry.
  • Good understanding on local regulations would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge on core cash products
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self motivated, detail oriented and client focus
  • Good time management skills and willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for meeting deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

  • University graduate

Language Requirement:

  • Excellent written and spoken English + Chinese
