Perform proactive servicing for a designated portfolio of priority local and cross-border client relationships across product base (custody, cash management, foreign exchange, etc.)
Handle QFII/CIBM/QDII client enquiries and special requests by interacting extensively clients and operations departments
Provide pre- and after- sales support for those custody related services and on-going problem solving if any
Work closely with Client Executive to develop, implement and execute comprehensive account plans and call programs
Perform periodic service reviews jointly with Client Executive and SFS Ops. Provide feedback on QFII/CIBM/QDII client needs and liaise with operations and product development to implement changes in support of client requirements
Handle QFII/CIBM/QDII client onboarding jointly with Client Executive
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree holder
3+ year equivalent work experience or banking working experience is preferable
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer orientation and team spirit
Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime
Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
