The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of skill requirements, thereby ensuring candidate interests align with organizational goals.Active participation is required at career fairs, industry conferences, and university networking events to enhance our brand presence and attract prospective employees. The employee will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage all aspects of candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.The University Relations Recruiter will also track and report on crucial recruitment metrics, including pipeline development and hiring success rates, to continually refine strategies. Involvement in internship and co-op programs is expected, encompassing responsibilities such as onboarding and implementing ongoing program enhancements, collecting feedback and making hiring recommendations.
