What you’ll do:
The University Relations Specialist will be responsible for building relationships and developing innovative strategies that differentiate Citi on campus. Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain relationships with universities with the aim of positioning Citi as an employer of choice for students
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand their hiring needs and ensure the university relations strategy supports this
Develop a schedule of events aimed at attracting students to apply for roles at Citi. This will include working on event logistics for on campus events, virtual events and careers fairs
Work in partnership with the wider global university relations team on planning and execution of virtual events
Work in partnership with the Talent Attraction Engagement and Diversity team on marketing campaigns to promote campus events and early careers roles
Support the team with logistics for events including registration, managing suppliers, room bookings, catering etc
Manage the relationship with our logistics provider and acting as the main point-of-contact both in advance and on the day of events
Payment processing of invoices
What we’ll need from you:
Experience in a similar role
Event management experience
Recruitment & Human Resources background highly desired
Willingness to travel to universities in Poland, Hungary, Germany and Switzerland (up to 15%); mostly in March and September-October
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders
Experience of working in a global organisation would be an advantage
University degree or equivalent experience
