What You'll Do
- Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and legal.
- Take ownership of the assets domain, identifying and defining goals and initiatives to impact product growth, efficiency, and stability while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with business objectives.
- Deliver comprehensive product requirement documents and designs, propose implementation plans, iterate based on feedback, and ensure timely product shipments.
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of asset-related products.
- Conduct in-depth product performance analysis, competitive research, and market research to maintain our product's competitive edge.
- 6+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering B2B products from conception to launch.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on measured impact.
- A knack for empathizing with customers and effectively communicating their needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and precision when describing use cases and features.
- A passion for user experience and a relentless drive to simplify complex subjects continuously.
- Experience within the Blockchain / Crypto ecosystem.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience.
- Prior experience as a software developer.
