As a Senior Solution Architect in the, you will

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program/product management, coding, software development/delivery work
    • OR equivalent experience.

  • Proven Dynamics 365 implementation experience in end-to-end ERP projects in various capacities such as Architect, Functional or Technical Lead
  • In-depth experience in delivering Dynamics 365 Solutions on any or combination of Dynamics 365 Apps such as Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Human Resources and/or Dynamics 365 Project Operations andPower Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Power BI
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
    • Microsoft CJIS Program participation to support sovereign cloud customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ year(s) of customer-facing experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field AND 5+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, software implementation, or product development/delivery work OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong domain skills in one of the following – Finance, Professional Services, Public Sector, Distribution or Manufacturing
  • Excellent understanding of Azure technologies in the areas of Integration, Networking, Monitoring, Security
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in adjacent technologies including one or more of the following: M365, Power BI, Microsoft Azure technologies, Microsoft Fabric, App Insights etc. (certifications a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Experience with handling ambiguity while striving for clarity andhaving the motivation and willingness to lead positive changes and clarifications that affect the business.
  • Story Telling: demonstrated ability to create narratives that are targeted at partners and customers on an emotional level, delivering outcomes and a call to action.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations that involve CXO’s to end users.
  • Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in "engaging virtual teams" with ability to influence and motivate others and ensure results.
  • Power Platform experience including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Power BI

Responsibilities
  • Own and deliver FastTrack’s customer and partner experience.
  • Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help key customers and partner project stakeholders to identify and mitigate risk to ensure project success.
  • Improve the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 experience by identifying and working with other colleagues within Microsoft to get product features built, processes implemented, policies changed, and capturing supporting data.
  • Evangelize the FastTrack Program to others inside Microsoft including field sales staff, technical support, engineering, and most importantly to our Partners and Customers.
