Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 2 years of experience in Managing IT projects or operations teams

  • At least 2 years Technical Operations experience

  • At least 2 years of experience with IT systems and infrastructure

  • At least 2 years experience with desktop platforms and operating systems

  • At least 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science

  • At least 2 years of experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process (change, incident, problem) management functions

  • ITIL Certification

  • At least 3 year experience with ServiceNow

  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking)

  • At least 3 years experience administering Google Workspace, Microsoft Exchange, Proofpoint, Virtru.

  • At least 2 year of experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
