Role: Sr. Commission Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute Field Sales quarterly and annual quota setting process.
  • Maintain and manage participant information including comp plans, territory assignments, quotas, crediting, and commission validation in SAP Callidus Cloud.
  • Support field management and plan participants in resolving compensation queries and disputes, explaining complex commission calculations, and SAP Commission Tool training.
  • Support the month-end close process and commission payout by ensuring accuracy of quotas, crediting, compensation components and validation of commission payments.
  • Partner with Sales Operation to create and manage commission crediting data source reports for commission calculations (POS, Tableau Dashboards & Reports, and Salesforce).
  • Provide input and recommendations for streamlining processes and making process improvements.
  • Participate in the development, testing and implementation of Sales Compensation plan changes and enhancements in SAP Callidus Cloud.

Required Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant Finance, or Sales Compensation/Operations experience, preferably in the technology industry
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of SAP Callidus Cloud Commissions Tool (or other cloud commission tool)
  • Proficient in manipulating systems tools, manual calculations and modeling, with large data sets
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market leading technology company
  • Flexibility to change in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions and with varied levels of management
  • High attention to detail while maintaining and managing confidential compensation data
  • Superior quantitative and analytical skills, audit development and problem solving
  • Accurate and thorough, combined with strong business acumen and ability to see the big picture
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently as well as collaborate as part of team
  • Results-driven and comfortable handling multiple competing deadlines

Education:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $85,000 – 120,000 per year. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
