    • OR Master's Degree AND multiple years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
    • OR proven years of experience in working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
  • Global/International experience to lead multi-cultural diverse and remote teams.
  • Deep understanding of the chemicals and life science industry
  • Track record of advancing digitalization in Research and Development
  • Talent and skill to influence and motivate global virtual teams and other valuable stakeholders.
  • Multiple years of selling to large scale enterprise customers

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree AND proven years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
    • OR Master's Degree AND strong years experience working in an industry (e.g., Government, Education) and/or driving digital transformation.
  • PhD in a science field or other relevant research experience
  • Deep understanding of the end to end research process, related technologies and digitalization opportunities
  • Public Speaking experience and subject matter expertise in the field of digitalization in R&D
Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession

  • Deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams. You will lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to deliver customers’ business outcomes across their entire lifecycle.
  • Accelerate customer satisfaction and model executive engagements with business decision makers and C-level executives.
  • Maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, and adoption), and win against competition through flawless execution.
  • Lead partnership across the organization to achieve business value for customers and business results for Microsoft.

People Management

  • Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring of your team.
