What you’ll do:
  • Collaborate across Cisco portfolio marketing teams, partner, and regional integrated marketing teams to create detailed customer-centric plans, aligned to the marketing priorities.
  • Own execution of cross-architecture plans in partnership with the relevant buyer-focused integrated marketing teams.
  • Communicate needs effectively to ensure exceptional execution across teams and alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Identify timely opportunities to create new engagements, build trust, and drive loyalty with our customer base.
  • Measure and analyze data, incorporating key learnings to future activations.
  • Drive customer adoption and pipeline generation through paid, earned, shared, and owned campaigns that support business and behavior objectives.
  • Refine and develop innovative strategies for new and existing customers, working closely with Market Strategy and cross-architecture teams to understand target buyers and key technologies.
Who you are:

Minimum requirements:

  • 7+ years in marketing in strategic Marketing development / Integrated Marketing, building B2B end to end Marketing strategies.

Other requirements:

  • Innovative and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working across organizations and collaborating with other areas, such as creative, PR, analytics, product, etc.
  • Excellent history of teamwork, communication, and influence, conveying ideas and information confidently, effectively, and compellingly
  • Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop innovative and effective campaigns
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Ability to identify the highest value levers within complex problems and use experience and judgment to simplify complex strategies
  • Ability to set the strategic direction and apply goals and measurements that ladder up to business objectives
