Position overview:

This position will report to the International Commercial Lead. As an Omnichannel Marketer, you will play a key role in executing our company’s digital strategy, aiming to deliver engaging and personalised experiences that cater to our customers’ needs at every stage of their journey. Reporting to the International Commercial Lead, you will work alongside subject matter experts to support and inform healthcare professionals and patients dealing with refractory or unexplained chronic cough, contributing across a wide domain of digital areas, such as omnichannel campaigning, marketing automation, customer experience, social media, and digital publishing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and help design omnichannel marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Set up automatically triggered email campaigns with dynamic content on marketing automation platforms (SFMC)
  • Co-create impactful digital and physical customer experiences to drive Healthcare professional (HCP) engagement and business growth
  • Perform user experience (UX) & user interface (UI) reviews on digital and marketing materials to optimize design and usability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to launch or maintain websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms or channels ensuring their effectiveness, alignment with business goals and compliance
  • Monitor the performance of digital assets, utilising key performance indicators to assess effectiveness and propose improvements
  • Research trends, tools, and best practices in the domain of digital transformation, omnichannel marketing and customer experience

Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or Economics
  • Master's Degree will be considered an asset
  • Significant experience in digital marketing and/or customer experience, preferably with agency background
  • Enthusiasm about digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, marketing automation and customer experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable, but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and navigate in a complex cross-functional environment with numerous stakeholders
