Data Analysis and Insights

  • Collect and Analyze Data from various sources (web analytics, email marketing, social, paid advertising, marketing automation platforms & CRM) to identity trends, insights and opportunities for growth
  • Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage historical data to forecast future trends and customer behavior

Campaign Optimization & Experimentation

  • Design and execute A/B tests to drive acquisition, improve customer experience and in return drive campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, develop solutions and run experiments across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creative
  • Make data-backed recommendations to optimize spend and improve campaign efficiency.

Segmentation & Personalization

  • Use data to segment customers and personalize marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement personalization across campaigns including website experiences, email, chat and advertising

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Collaborate with the insights team, identifying segment specific trends, opportunities, and potential threats
  • Analyzing competitors' marketing strategies and tactics
  • Gathering and analyzing customer insights to inform marketing strategies

Measurement and Reporting

  • Collaborate with data science to develop and implement B2B measurement models
  • Create dashboards & reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
  • Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and campaign performance
  • Report on the effectiveness of growth experiments and campaigns, iterating based on insights and data.
  • Review funnel metrics, identify gaps, and forecast future performance.
