Your Role and Responsibilities- Ensure Business Compliance for all teams under TLS RTS India, lead RCA for any Non-Compliances
- Ensure Export Compliance for the TLS RTS activities being undertaken.
- Ownership of all activities pertaining to Facilities management including resolution of any operational issues
- External & Internal events – End to end co-ordination and management of Executive Briefings and Employee events across all Infrastructure sites
- Interlocking with the IBM GRE (Real Estate) team on new floors, refurbishment of existing floors and any site improvements undertaken.
- Capacity Planning and Seats Allocation (in collaboration with business) across IBM India Infrastructure sites.
- Hosting of WW executives – Transportation, Accommodation, Security, Access and F&B.
- Oversight on Procurement, Asset Management and Compliance requirements
- Interlocks with Country Support Teams – GRE, Procurement, Finance, Devices, Security, STPI/SEZ, Business Compliance etc.
- Periodical Reports with Executive views for TLS RTS India Headcount.
- Vendor Management for Contractors
- Any additional Global Scope that is assigned from time to time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- ~8+ years of Industry experience in MNC.
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Professional or in a similar role preferable
- Good knowledge of Operations Management
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Vendor Management and Budgeting.
- Client Focus, Problem Solving and Crisis Management
