Your Role and Responsibilities- Ownership of all activities pertaining to Facilities management including resolution of any operational issues
- External & Internal events – End to end co-ordination and management of events like Employee All Hands, Executive Briefings and Employee events across all Infrastructure sites
- Interlocking with the IBM GRE (Real Estate) team on new floors, refurbishment of existing floors and any site improvements undertaken.
- Capacity Planning and Seats Allocation (in collaboration with business) across IBM India Infrastructure sites.
- Hosting of WW executives – Transportation, Accommodation, Security, Access and F&B.
- Oversight on Procurement, Asset Management and Compliance requirements
- Interlocks with Country Support Teams – GRE, Procurement, Devices, Security, STPI/SEZ, Business Compliance etc.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 8+ years of Industry experience in MNC.
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Professional or in a similar role preferable
- Good knowledge of Operations Management
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Vendor Management and Budgeting.
- Client Focus, Problem Solving and Crisis Management.
