Your key responsibilities

  • Onboarding and offboarding process administration
  • Keeping up to date all internal and external HR systems and databases (SuccessFactors, HZZO, HZMO, etc.)
  • Preparing various HR documents (e.g. contracts, confirmations, amendments etc.)
  • Tracking vacation and overtime data
  • All activities related to preparation of payroll data and cooperation with Finance team
  • Focal point for employee benefits and its execution
  • Perform administrative support for various HR related matters
  • HR reporting and analysis
  • Health and safety coordination
  • Supporting various projects and internal social events
  • Coordination of procurement for HR needs and communication with suppliers

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • High school or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably administrative law or economics)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of working experience on similar positions
  • Strong administrative skills and sense of responsibility
  • A high attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
  • The ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
  • Effectively and proactively work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a high performing team
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Croatian and English
  • Advanced use of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is considered an advantage
