Your key responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding process administration
- Keeping up to date all internal and external HR systems and databases (SuccessFactors, HZZO, HZMO, etc.)
- Preparing various HR documents (e.g. contracts, confirmations, amendments etc.)
- Tracking vacation and overtime data
- All activities related to preparation of payroll data and cooperation with Finance team
- Focal point for employee benefits and its execution
- Perform administrative support for various HR related matters
- HR reporting and analysis
- Health and safety coordination
- Supporting various projects and internal social events
- Coordination of procurement for HR needs and communication with suppliers
To qualify for the role you must have:
- High school or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably administrative law or economics)
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience on similar positions
- Strong administrative skills and sense of responsibility
- A high attention to detail and an ability to deliver to deadlines
- The ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Effectively and proactively work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a high performing team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Croatian and English
- Advanced use of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is considered an advantage
