What You'll Do

As a Virtual Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building direct relationships with customers and leveraging channel partners to increase the revenue opportunities within the territory.

Build a strong understanding of an addressable market in terms of customers and resellers. You will apply knowledge of the region and install base to exploit commercial opportunities.

  • Develop territory and account plans on selected market opportunities, prioritizing internal and external (virtual) resources; execute to meet or exceed sales quota.
  • Implement and actively lead marketing programs developed by the central team built to support the Product Launch go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive the strategy for joint project and pipeline, work through and with partner Account Manager (AM) level dependent on partner competence, and be the primary interface between the customer and Partner AM team.
  • Drive the organization to deliver further value to our Customers, Partners, and Cisco.
  • Bring new ideas to the Sales teams for building new business and creating additional pipelines.
Who You Are
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of channel experience or similar Business to Business quota carrying sales Cisco sales products
  • English and Spanish-speaking
  • Based in Chile
