Responsibilities:
2. Provide HR guidance and support on organization development, including but not limited to performance management, employee development and engagement, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, etc.
3. Analyze and address HR issues, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines.
5. Create and provide innovating HR solutions and programs to handle talent related challenges in the business, including development of succession plans for key talents and key positions.
7. Provide timely reporting to designated business leaders and to HR management.
Ad hoc project coordination and implementation
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related discipline.
At least 6 years of HRBP or HR full function experience. Work experience in MNC organization is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Chinese labor laws and HR practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
Be flexible and fast paced, and able to manage multiple priorities
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
8. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Power Automate are preferred.
