Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Client acquisition:
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our advertising solutions. Set up opportunities for upselling or cross-selling other Booking.com advertising products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the EMEA advertising team, the product and local partner services teams to ensure alignment on efforts, business objectives and deliverables. Work closely with our 3rd party tech team to ensure the successful execution of the first campaigns.
  • Innovative Solutions: Offer clients personalized media solutions that align with their campaign objectives and Booking.com’s media offerings. Establish channels to collect feedback from our partners and internal teams to continuously improve products and training materials.
  • CRM and Reporting: Use and develop CRM tooling to manage your accounts, provide regular progress updates, and ensure transparent communication with the management team.
  • Internal Education and Representation: Guide internal education on the advertising program through quarterly kick-offs and other training sessions. Represent Booking Advertising at partner-facing events and conferences.
Role Qualifications and Requirements
  • 3+ years of digital media sales experience, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Experience with advertising is essential.

  • Languages: Multilingual candidates required (preferably French, Italian, Spanish)
  • Knowledge of the digital world including Display and Native
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and travel industry and related trends

  • Digital Expertise: Good knowledge of digital ad formats

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in the advertising sector.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decision

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead high-level presentations, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment between client objectives and internal team execution.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
