Summary:
- To assist the Principal HR Specialist, supervise HR coordinators, and manage and ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Talent Recognition/Engagement, Associate Relations and Communications).
General Responsibilities:
- To assist the Principal HR Specialist

- HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Talent Recognition/Engagement, Associate
- Relations and Communications).
Basic Qualifications:
- College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related course
- 5 years relevant work experience in a BPO set up
- Knowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulations
- Must have strong case management experience
- Strong analytical skill
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Has background in project management and process improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Salesforce
- Amenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift Schedule
- Amenable to work in Alabang
