You will be aligned to our WW RTLCPG Partner Strategy Leaders, and be responsible for executing the WW strategy encompassing the recruitment, incubation, and growth acceleration of AWS RTLCPG Partners. You will align joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with our top consulting and technology partners, drive short, mid and long term strategy to grow the RTLCPG Partner business with Consumer Goods customers, and leverage supporting partner programs that increase revenue for our partners and end customers.Key job responsibilities
Execute go-to-market and routes-to-market plans that have clear and measurable ROI.Represent the AWS RTLCPG partner strategy internally and externally including presenting at Executive Briefings and Conferences.Work closely with AWS Field and Partner Marketing to promote the benefits of working with AWS Retail Competency Partners.
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
