What you'll do

Key Roles:

1. Engagement Management: Plan and review services in line with the customer’s requirements and manage stakeholders.
2. Delivery Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, supervise projects, and de-escalate critical engagements.
3. Account Management: Handle all aspects of commercial account management to increase customer satisfaction.

What you bring

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or technology-related field

• Prominent presentation and communication skills in English, able to switch between technical and non-technical audiences confidently

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a “customer first” mindset

• Proficient engagement management, relationship building, and de-escalation skills

• Experience in international environments

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role in the cloud or IT consulting business

Additional Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in German
