Drive Value Realization:

  • Focus on building trust via collaboration, aligned goals, and business relationships
  • Validate and confirm customer’s business goals and desired outcomes
  • Engage proactively and consistently with customers, understand Partner’s involvement with customers
  • Position the value attainment from a benchmark perspective and outline opportunities to maximize and accelerate value acceleration
  • Work in close collaboration with Customer Success and Customer Adoption

Adopt & Derive:

  • Plan for Success through the creation of Outcome Success Plan, jointly with partner’s involvement when applicable. Ensure provisioning, adoption plan and document implementation milestones
  • Manage solution specific value plan that not only measures current value efforts but positions future value into a roadmap based upon consumption and innovation consumption
  • Monitor release adoption and position value expansion by further deploying successful value initiatives


Innovate & Grow:

  • Renew by demonstrating ongoing value by maximizing their usage at the product level
  • Assess market and customer strategy position growth areas based on targeted value and the SAP solution portfolio and innovations
  • Identify expansion opportunities
  • Facilitate community connection to drive the “what’s possible” agenda


What you'll Bring:

  • A self-starter, with energy, drive and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You are highly customer focused, a proactive learner and you enjoy customer success
  • Very good knowledge of SaaS models and Cloud mindset.
  • Commercial and/or customer facing (pre-)sales experience including experience developing account management plans & contract negotiation. Experience in Sustainability solutions is preferred.
  • Multiple years experience managing complex customer engagements.
  • Multiple years Program and Project Management Experience
  • Solid experience acting as a trusted and strategic advisor to customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent language skills [TA1] in English - written and verbal - are a must
