You will:

• Successful deployment of AI-based tools and systems that significantly improve operational efficiency or customer experience.
• Development of innovative algorithms or models that advance the state-of-the-art in AI technology. Contribution to open-source AI initiatives or communities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the industry.
• Integration of AI solutions into existing workflows or platforms, enabling automation and data-driven decision-making. Adoption of best practices in AI development, including ethical considerations such as fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Collaboration on interdisciplinary projects that leverage AI techniques to solve complex problems in fields.
• Leadership in guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance. Mentoring and coaching junior engineers to foster their growth and development in the field of AI.
• Continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in AI research and technology.

Essential Requirements

• 15 years of related AI and programming experience in a professional role

• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability

• Solid understanding of Large Language mode, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Generative AI, Supervised learning, data scientist and data engineer

• Ability to manage, motivate and direct a cross functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations.

• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills in Artificial intelligence
