People Consulting:

  • Support clients in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct assessments to identify talent management and organizational development needs.
  • Provide guidance on learning and development, performance management, and culture transformation.
  • Competencies:Organization & Workforce Transformation, People Experience (Change, Culture & L&D), HR Transformation.

Technology Consulting:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their technology landscape and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Competencies:Digital Engineering (Product Management, UI/UX Designer, QA testers, Software Developers), AI & Data, Cybersecurity, Tech Strategy & Transformation, Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Oracle).


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager:3-5 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
  • Manager:5-7 years of experience with leadership capabilities in project management.
  • Senior Manager/Director:8-11 years of experience in managing teams and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior consulting experience would be an added advantage.
