Land & Property are involved in the preparation and delivery of all land related activities and statutory process associated within major development and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Here's what you'll need

These are the attributes that are used in the delivery of our services, but any experience or interest in the management of the interface between projects, property and people is sufficient to support an application.

  • Ability to liaise with both external and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of land referencing and statutory processes
  • Project management and coordination
  • Strong communication and empathetic negotiator
  • GIS principles and use
  • Knowledge of land consents, wayleave and utility rights procedures
  • Stakeholder engagement and liaison (homeowners, public bodies, businesses and agricultural)
  • Analysis of legal rights and interests in land
