In your role as a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for planning and execution of recruitment activities in support of a business group. You will implement short- and long-term strategies to ensure that hiring targets are met.
You will:
Build the candidate pipeline via various channels such as advertising (print and web based), employee referrals, direct sourcing, and personal networking
Screen and interview candidates to identify the most suitable profile against hiring criteria, guide the entire candidate journey end-to-end
Engage and educate managers to implement best recruitment practice using Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) and other assessment tools
Research and utilize the most time- and cost-effective methods to identify quality diverse candidates
Essential Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house), ideally with a focus on IT recruitment combined with market knowledge
Master’s degree in Human Resources
Experience to directly source candidates via diverse social channels, ability to build candidate pools with their respective market streams
Outstanding customer focus to create candidate and stakeholder experience, refined communication, and organizational skills
Process orientation, self-organized, detail oriented
Salary starting from:1500 EUR gross/month
