Job Responsibilities:
Support the Digital Accessibility Program Manager and collaborate with others in the program to work on accessibility initiatives
Work with many people in different organizations and review Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) for 3rd party technology
Test priority digital journeys with Axe DevTools Pro and report findings to stakeholders and engineering teams
Learn about how we manage accessibility conformance for digital at a large scale
Help with Accessibility user research to understand more about our user expectations
Network with other talented interns in an inclusive and diverse workplace where you can be yourself and thrive
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines and analyze data to foster data-driven decisions
Passion, curiosity, and desire to create new things and examine how things work internally
Passion for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability
Familiarity with basic technical web elements or experience with front-end web development
Interest in or actively pursuing accessibility certifications such as Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS)
Willingness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
