Our main role is to:

• Strengthen early involvement & customer demand planning to secure supply readiness & enable business outcome​​

• Ensure compliant & timely order management to enable successful services execution & improve customer perceived value​​

• Minimize business exposure through effective supply risk and upsides management​​

• Optimize networking capital through timely customer Invoicing and rigorous assets management​​

• Enable fact-based business decisions and prioritization by providing transparency from opportunity to invoice​​

• Ensure compliant financial closing and reporting ​​

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN


• Ensure pre-sales support through early engagement in offer-to-cash process to secure operations readiness

• Drive customer HW demand planning and effective Market S&OP process in their MU/GCBTs

• Ensure correct and timely Order Intake and Revenue booking in all business scenarios, incl. customer cases, Nokia risk orders, trials, demos, R&D and FOC

• Drive customer order management, delivery execution to customer site and timely and correct invoicing

• Ensure proactive risk mitigation of supply/delivery risks

• Support Market Service with optimized supply chain and procurement solutions for customer offers and accurate cost base line

• Ensure and drive efficient Sales & Operations Execution process across all stakeholder functions – Sales, Pre-sales, Finance, Market Services

• Ensure and drive inventory management execution and contribute to Cash & Asset Management topics (invoice correctness, NIR)

• Accountable for compliant and timely performance of SOX controls

• Drive Continuous Improvement in own area of responsibility and activities

• Manage customer and project escalations• Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area.• Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment.• Acts as a professional leader for staff / work team / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unit and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business.• Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.

Nokia Operations background is a plus

May conduct briefings with senior leaders within the job function. May at times be required to negotiate regarding operational issues.Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
