Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of product releases, requirements, design, development, market localizations, testing, integration & evolution.

• Translate business requirements into automation, data and analytics solutions.

• Identify opportunities for process simplification using automation and collaborate with IT and Business teams to implement, focused on compliance processes.

• Conduct the project management, communication across stakeholders and project monitoring.

• Provide business simplification consultancy to stakeholders and IT team.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams regionally and globally to implement strategy and technology solutions mainly focused on compliance and data management accordingly to business needs.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technology.

• The selected professional will need to work in a hybrid environment, with the offices located in São Paulo (Capital).

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields with solid experience in process simplification and improvement involving data management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong drive to invent and simplify process for optimization.

• Knowledge on automation and low-code.

• Excellent project management skills and communication across different audiences, involving senior leadership.

• Experience with data management tools and a fast learner for emerging technologies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Ability to work with senior leadership stakeholders across the Business Units.

• Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience on compliance processes.

• Knowledge and experience with Power BI.

• Knowledge on artificial intelligence.

• Knowledge on BPM.

• Master’s degree or MBA.

Desired Profile:

• Ability to adapt, show resilience, proactivity and identify business opportunities.

• Good communication skills.
