As a
Sales Support:
You will be responsible for the Education segment . Collaborate with team members to understand customer needs and assist in driving AI Workforce proposals. Support deal progression and help build strong customer relationships.
Customer Engagement:
Work alongside senior colleagues to identify key business contacts and understand customer priorities. Help communicate the value of AI Workforce solutions and contribute to discovering new opportunities.
Internal and Partner Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support proposal activities and share relevant information. Assist in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Learning and Applying Technical Knowledge:
Develop foundational knowledge of AI Workforce solutions and apply it in customer conversations and proposal materials. Learn about use cases and competitor insights with guidance from senior team members.
