Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
    • OR a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field with some hands-on experience in customer-facing roles
    • OR a Master's degree (e.g., MBA or in a technical field) with 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Exposure to consultative or value-based selling approaches, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in this area
  • High motivation to learn about new technologies and business areas, with a proactive and adaptable mindset toward change
  • Language fluency in Japanese
Responsibilities
  • Sales Support:
    You will be responsible for the Education segment . Collaborate with team members to understand customer needs and assist in driving AI Workforce proposals. Support deal progression and help build strong customer relationships.

  • Customer Engagement:
    Work alongside senior colleagues to identify key business contacts and understand customer priorities. Help communicate the value of AI Workforce solutions and contribute to discovering new opportunities.

  • Internal and Partner Collaboration:
    Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support proposal activities and share relevant information. Assist in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

  • Learning and Applying Technical Knowledge:
    Develop foundational knowledge of AI Workforce solutions and apply it in customer conversations and proposal materials. Learn about use cases and competitor insights with guidance from senior team members.
