Manage day-to-day and strategic sales processes, balancing superior customer service with account planning.
Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support by building value propositions.
Serve as the customer's ambassador and trusted advisor, overseeing relationship strategies and sales plans.
Drive sales campaigns and initiatives for long-term account growth.
Pursue expansion through regular face-to-face meetings and acquiring new customers.
Leverage cross-functional resources to address customer drivers and initiatives.
Guide interactions with management and executive sponsors, motivating others and providing strategic vision.
Lead other peers as project manager where required.
Frequent Travel is a standard requirement of the job, frequency may vary with an expected 50% minimum (the office is based in Bratislava).
WE VALUE
Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field (5+ years).
Experience in solution sales (automation industry).
Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (different levels).
Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.
Excellent communication skills.
Marketing and project management experience is desirable.
YOU MUST HAVE
University Degree (in technical field) or equivalent experience level.
