How you’ll spend your day
•Managing employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
•Advising managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations matters
•Contributing to strategic HR initiatives including workforce planning and performance management
•Assisting with HR projects, change management, and employee engagement activities
Your experience and qualifications
•MQF Level 5 Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a regulated or manufacturing environment
•Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
•Fluency in Maltese & English
