In this role, you will report to the HR Manager.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, the key responsability will be, but is not limited to:
- Design, develop and implement student programs, including developing relationship with institutions, finding future talent, attendance at career fairs and organising events related to students.
- Be responsible for the coordination of the internship program during the summer months including training delivery.
- Acting as HR Business Partner for EY’s Service Lines.
- Supporting other HR operational activities.
- Participating in and supporting recruitment and selection processes.
- Assisting in various training and development activities, seminars, and events as directed.
- Performing any other related duties as required within the Talent function.
Skills and attributes for success
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or program management.
- A passion for student recruitment, with prior experience in recruitment marketing or a desire to learn.
- Experience of public speaking/ delivering workshops.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for talent development and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- A strong work ethic and high integrity.
- A meticulous approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- A self-starter mentality, requiring minimal supervision.
