Leads, manages and integrates day-to-day execution of project activities in accordance with contract requirements and is responsible for technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
• Manages risk, customer, and key stakeholder relationships.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and escalates challenges to Program Manager.
• Supports project staff management.
• Serves as the primary customer contact for the project.
• Champions performance excellence and continuous service improvement.
• Interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
• Accountable for project delivery (schedule, scope, and budget) and collaboration
• Creates and maintains project plans, charters, and status reports
• Follows PMO framework, ensures stage gate approvals, and drives the project deliverables/milestones
• Responsible for audit deliverables
• Conducts weekly status meetings with process stakeholders and project teams
• Owns and drives project risk, issues, decisions, and action items. Escalates to Program Manager
as required
• Drives UAT, Training, OCM and Implementation activities
• Onboard/offboard project resources and facilitate access requests
• Acts as a change champion in Organizational Change Management activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related technical
discipline. - 10+ years of Project management experience using MS Project, MS Visio
- Experience with Metrics and Reporting,
- Must have multiple ServiceNow implementations’ Project Management under their belt in at least 1 of the product lines ITSM, ITOM, ITAM or IRM/SecOp
- Must have managed at least one large-scale ServiceNow implementation from start to finish
- Able to manage projects using ServiceNow’s SIM methodology
- Experience managing Projects for Public sector clients will be an advantage
- Require PMP Certification and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM
