ServiceNowArchitect and IT Manager
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment.
Provide the overall guidance and structure for creating and maintaining the designs for the main services of the company ensuring the required business outcomes are delivered.
Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the application.
Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Project Manager.
Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project.
Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
Participate in internal projects as required. Creation and definition of operating models, capability models, technical architectural models, roadmaps
Lead the technical governance board, governs the management and stability of the ServiceNow support model.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Location: Charlotte, NC
40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants must have aBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, ComputerScience and Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years ofexperience in IT. Must possess 5 years of experience in the following:excellent knowledge in various technical aspects of ServiceNow; able guide theteam in developing workflows, configurations, mid-server, integrations,customizations in ServiceNow; multiple applications in ServiceNow such as ITSM,ITBM, Integration Hub, CMDB, ITOM. Up to 5% International/domestic travelrequired. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week.
