- Develop and test value propositions, considering financial returns, execution constraints, and risks.
- Assess and optimize marketing performance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years in marketing strategy.
- Proficiency in segmentation, targeting, lifecycle management, messaging, and consumer experience optimization.
- Ability to assess opportunities, prioritize, and plan execution.
- Experience in designing and executing multichannel campaigns.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with various partners.
- Strong narrative-building and communication skills for complex topics.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- Familiarity with modern marketing stacks, including web, mobile apps, CRM, CDP, and automation tools.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and diverse topics.
- Understanding of industry drivers like macroeconomic factors, interest rates, and the regulatory environment.
