What you will do:

  • In charge of the client’s lifecycle with AppsFlyer, from onboarding, value realization to renewals.
  • Ensure that the client gets value from AppsFlyer platform
  • Provide client with best practices on mobile and marketing analytics
  • Drive AppsFlyer feature adoption with clients
  • Train clients on AppsFlyer features and keep them updated
  • Be the clients’ voice inside AppsFlyer
  • Manage internal stakeholders along with external ones
  • Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients
  • Deliver presentations and frequent interaction with CXO audience
  • Leading client retention and renewals with low-tier clients

What you have:

  • 2+ years of experience with digital marketing / SaaS products / product management
  • Excellent multi-task management, prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

  • Preferred experience in servicing SaaS products
  • Preferred experience with mobile advertising / analytics landscape.
  • Being recommended by an AppsFlyer employee
