Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND extensive experience in financial analysis, controllership or finance
  
  • OR equivalent experience.
    

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
• Experience in matrix-based organization.
• Work experience in the technology or software industry.
  

• You will deliver results by tracking performance, report accuracy, and ensuring plan execution and accountability, and manage the rhythm of business for your area of responsibility. You’ll also build strong relationships with customers to bolster sales.
• You’ll share insights and advance solutions to drive business goals and short-term accountabilities. You’ll also apply your understanding of the broader Microsoft context to ensure objectives are met, and to develop strategies to proactively mitigate the effects of external risks.
• You will impact future outcomes by designing new approaches to collecting and evaluating financial data and use automation to drive improvements to data management. You’ll also implement creative ways to show patterns and draw conclusions from data to help communicate findings.
• You’ll ensure strict adherence and understanding of Microsoft policies on risk and compliance and make compliance a top priority for leadership. You’ll also educate and promote best practice and new developments and encourage others to mitigate compliance risks.
