• Maintain FLOD Business Control function and framework within GFS Luxembourg.
• Provide support on GFS Lux TA and FA procedures review.
• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring annual renewal of the procedures are timely performed by FA and TA.
• Establish a Control Testing framework and calendar.
• Execute against this framework and calendar.
• Prepare for BLQA exercises under Risk ownership.
• Prepare for Audits with FA and TA.

• Minimum 10 to 15 years operational and governance background within Alternatives Funds.
• Good understanding of TA and FA operational aspects of Alternative Funds (e.g. performance fee/waterfall calculations, capital calls and distributions etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential.
• Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximise efficiency and to meet strict deadlines.
• You hold a university degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
