Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption and work with other Scrum Masters to ensure organizational process improvement.

The Scrum Master ensures that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox. They will facilitate as needed.

Provide support to the Product Owner by recommending techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.

Builds and maintains a trusting and safe environment where problems and issues can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged.

Is able to serve the Organization in helping with Scrum adoption and optimizing Best Practices related to Agile.

Position Qualifications

· Minimum of 5-7 years in Telecom or related

· Minimum of 5-8 years of service to a team in the role of a Scrum Master

· Bachelor of Science degree in any Technical, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields preferred

· PSM 1 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org

· PSM 2 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org – Preferred

· PSM 3 (Professional Scrum Master) certification from scrum.org – Desired

Education: Preferred Bachelors of Science degree in any Technical, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience.

Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
