- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a sales or partner role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem (e.g. System Integrators, Service Providers, or Independent Software Vendors) serving SMB at scale.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving partner growth and contributing to team culture through leadership skills, creativity, and collaboration.
- Experience developing growth initiatives, achieving partner business targets, and using business reporting tools.
- Experience in running experiments, drawing conclusions, and building actionable plans based on data.
- Experience with Google Cloud products.
- Ability to leverage organizational, project management, and execution skills, with excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and entrepreneurial capabilities.
