General Sales Support Intern

Your role:

• You will be interacting with Account Managers and our international Global Business Services Team to prepare Quotation Desk (QD) requests and outputs.

• You will be converting Quotation Desk outputs to Commercial Offers and you will be preparing Commercial Offers for customers (paper or electronic version).

• You will keep in touch and develop strong relations with customers.

• You will learn about public tenders and you will support the team on the administrative part of it.

You're the right fit if:

• You are studying towards your Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or similar.

• You are fluent in both Portuguese and English. Spanish will be an added value.

• You put attention to details and you are proactive. You enjoy organizing and administrative tasks.

• You are proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be a plus.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
This is an office role.
