Internship: Sales Support Intern

Your role:

• You will be interacting with Clinical Application Specialist and Modality Sales Specialists and our international Global Business Services Team to prepare Quotation Desk (QD) requests and outputs.

• You will be converting Quotation Desk outputs to Commercial Offers and you will be helping to prepare Commercial Offers and tender documentation.

• You will learn about public tenders and you will support the team on the administrative part of it.

• It will be a 12-month, remunerated internship in Lisbon, Portugal.

You're the right fit if:

• You are student or recent graduate of Biomedical Engineering or similar.

• You are fluent in both Portuguese and English.

• You put attention to details and you are organized and proactive.

• You are proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel skills. Experience using Salesforce would be a plus.

• Knowledge of public tenders and public procurement would be a plus.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
This is an office role.
