Job Summary:
Talent Consultant Coordinator role will focus on supporting Talent consultants in various activities, programs and initiatives as required. Will work in collaboration with the BBC team to strengthen the onshore delivery and ensuring adherence to compliance and process.

Applications Used:SAP, SuccessFactors Report Centre, People Insights, Regional SharePoint sites, Power BI Dashboards, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Aligned to the BBC shift timings/schedule
• Partner with Talent consultants in managing and execution of Talent related initiatives and support them to drive projects within and outside of the business unit
• Support the implementation of HR processes and initiatives, for example, Performance Management, Counselor / CCL refresh, LE transfer requirements, rewards and recognition process, Onboarding, and new hire assimilation.
• Coordinate the implementation of engagement initiatives like townhalls and other quarterly meetings, drive employee engagement connects
• Responsible for day-to-day HR activities and perform them with the right quality as per communicated standards
• Develop strong relationships with the talent teams to build greater awareness and enhance learning
• Drive / Involve in people-related reporting and analysis.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given to those with HR Specialisation
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level
• Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
• Working in international and diverse environments
