Job Summary:
Performance & Total Reward Consultant role will focus on supporting Lead and well-being programs and initiatives as required, including any digital platforms and systems. Will work in collaboration with the BBC team to strengthen the onshore delivery and ensuring adherence to compliance and process.

Applications Used: Lead, SuccessFactors Report Centre, People Insights, Regional SharePoint sites, Power BI Dashboards, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Aligned to the BBC shift timings/schedule
• Project management – e.g. initiatives to increase LEAD adoption and alignment in EY BBC
• Execution of Global LEAD processes, albeit some customisation will be needed to suit local regional needs
• LEAD consulting in different Locations and Service Lines
• Provide support with various aspects of LEAD/LEAD for PPEDDs (e.g. stakeholders comms via BBC LEAD support mailbox)
• Support Leadership feedback activities (local comms, campaigns, establish sponsorship from business leaders, support with reporting and analysis, etc
• Data analysis of reporting –particularly in relation to LEAD deliverables
• Regular updates on news and developments to stakeholders and ally groups
• Provide administrative support with various aspects of LEAD/LEAD for PPEDDs, including year-end
• Year-end support/ May promotion support* (from Master Coordinator spec) *if introduced
o Support talent, leaders with setting up and managing Leadership review workbooks (LRW)
o Validate and adjust (if needed) the structure and setup of LRWs/LRRs for their region
• Assign and modify (if needed) coordinators access to LRWs
• Map employees to relevant LRWs; include new joiners, ensures that transfers, mobility assignees are mapped to their relevant Leadership Review groups
• Collaborate to other regions/areas Master coordinators when unique cases (transfers, employees) mapping assistance is required
• Centrally upload local KPIs within the region if that’s applicable/required
• Monitor the completion and statuses of regions LRWs and meeting the deadlines. Issue reminders or chase for missing information
• Coordinate LRW efforts
1. cascading global updates (i.e. invitations /recording of global LRW demos, guides etc.)
2. if needed support LEAD SMR in local trainings/briefings on how to use LRW/CCL insights reports.
3. If needed, assist on basic “how do I?’ questions
• Attend and actively participate in Area calls on workbooks and share updates with Talent Consultants and CPM´s
• Collect and submit late changes as per the agreed global model
• Provide feedback, attend lessons learned and UAT to help improve workbooks

• General research
• Provide support to the Regional Total Rewards team on various recognition, wellbeing and benefits initiatives and programs as required. This could include project support, analytics and reporting, communications and training and stakeholder management
• Enable functionality of any portal/systems, including assisting with systems administration, reviewing reports and analysing data
• Manage the digital platforms for Well-being, Benefits and Recognition including driving enhancements with external providers, if any. Liaising with internal stakeholders for reporting requests and providing education and training where needed
• Work with relevant teams to create meaningful data insights on engagement and traction

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduation in business or HR related discipline. Preference will be given for those with HR Specialisation
• Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience
• Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
• Experience of working in Performance and Well-being is desired
• Working in international and diverse environments
